My little girl is at the age where she loves to do anything that I am doing or attempt to help me. So what better time to get her involved with my workouts than now. Here are some exercises you and your kiddo can do!
WALL PUSH UPS: We did these against our garage door after playing outside for the other night. Gotta get creative! She had so much fun trying them out.
She told me at 7:30 this morning as I was finishing my coffee, “Mama let’s do a workout. You get your shoes and I get mine.” So we knocked out some fun stuff before we hit the grocery store. Don’t be fooled, chest pressing a toddler is hard! It works your core for sure and laughing while doing it makes it harder!
